Instead of approaching design as one-off requests, I redefined the role into building a scalable brand system, focus on:

Brand Asset Development
I serve as the creative foundation for CSI’s visual brand, designing and producing core brand assets used across print, digital, and environmental channels. This includes email graphics, website visuals, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and advertising materials. My work ensures brand consistency, accessibility, and a cohesive visual language that strengthens CSI’s identity and reinforces trust with families, donors, and community partners.
Impact: Elevated brand recognition, improved visual consistency agency-wide, and clearer storytelling across all touchpoints.
Environmental Graphics & Signage
I design, manage, and maintain environmental graphics, digital displays, and wayfinding systems across three CSI campuses, each requiring location-specific content, materials, and messaging. My responsibilities include creating, scheduling, and maintaining content across all display areas, ensuring messages are timely, relevant, and aligned with each space’s purpose and audience.
This includes oversight of high-traffic LED screens at the main Dodge Street campus, 27 individual display monitors throughout multiple buildings, and conference and meeting space displays, all of which feature distinct messaging strategies. I manage content planning, deployment schedules, and ongoing updates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual impact across all environments. I also maintain display systems and provide guidance and training to staff as needed.
Impact: Enhanced on-site experience across all campuses, clearer navigation and communication, and stronger, more cohesive visual storytelling that reinforces CSI’s brand in both public-facing and internal spaces.
Print Production Management
I manage the full lifecycle of print production—from ideation, execution to preparing press-ready files to coordinating with vendors—ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. I balance design integrity with production constraints, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as the primary liaison between CSI and print partners.
Impact: Reduced reprints and delays, maintained brand standards in physical materials, and ensured high-quality collateral for programs, events, and outreach.
